As an eclectic therapist, I have experience and training in a variety of different therapeutic techniques. A "jack-of-all-trades psychologist" if you will.

This gives me access to an assortment of psychological techniques at my disposal to see which one(s) resonates most with my clients for the best outcomes. I also utilise Feedback-Informed Therapy approach to ensure that the sessions and the therapist-client relationship are meeting the expectations and goals of each individual client.
