Services

Individual Psychotherapy

Sprig Psychology offers individual psychotherapy to Adults and Mature Minors (older teenagers who have the maturity and capacity to be treated as an adult for therapy purposes).  Therapies will generally focus on individuals, but will have some flexibility to incorporate partners/families if needed and indicated.

We do not offer assessments and counselling for Court/Legal purposes.

​

We also do not offer counselling for Workers' Comp, EAP or NDIS at this moment.

​

We are a private practice, and as such, full fees apply.

Assessments

Sprig Psychology currently offers a variety of assessments for both adults and children, including:

  • Psychoeducational Assessments - to assess for Specific Learning Disorders

  • ADHD Assessments 

  • Cognitive Assessments

  • Giftedness
